Teh Hooi Woon was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008. Her main duties are to provide legal advice in the day-to-day operation of KLIP. At present, she is a Partner in the Energy & Utilities Department at Zul Rafique Partners, a full-service law firm located in Kuala Lumpur and has held that position since 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. 

Her primary area of practice is corporate law, specializing in energy and utilities where she is involved in various project agreements relating to design, construction, operations and maintenance of energy plants in Malaysia. Hooi Woon brings with her a vast experience in advising and overseeing numerous corporate transactions as well as commercial cross-border transaction.
