Working Visit by TYT Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka

KLIP recently hosted Tuan Yang Terutama (TYT) Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, Tun Seri Setia (Dr) Haji Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam at KLIP’s operations office at Kuala Linggi on 6 October 2022. 

TYT was warmly welcomed by Executive Chairman of NMKAY Group of Companies, YBhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri Dr Noormustafa Kamal Yahya, Group Chief Executive Officer of NMKAY Holdings, YBhg. Datuk Hishammudin Hasan, Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of NMKAY Holdings, Datuk Wira Muhammad Saifullah Noor and the management team. Also present was Kuala Linggi Assemblyman, YB Tuan Hj. Rosli Abdullah.

The visit started off with welcome remarks from YBhg. Tan Sri, and continued with project presentation by Cdr Ramli Bin Johari (R) on KLIP’s current development and expansion plan to TYT at Fort Supai. TYT was then brought around to the development site and was shown the port’s limit at the Straits of Malacca via boat ride, utilising one of TAG Marine’s latest harbour tugs, TAG NUR 38. The visit was wrapped up with tea refreshments for TYT and guests who were present at the event.

TYT’s visit to KLIP’s operations site was an honour indeed and KLIP looks forward to hosting TYT and team again in future.
